Rewrites Doomsday to TypeScript and uses Luxon for better (i.e. timezone-independent) date manipulation. In the end, the necessary changes were quite small, but I'm now much more confident that it all works correctly! :-)

Reduce version number 
Slightly more in line with semver, since the changes aren't as much as I had expected.
