Defocus buttons after pressing #89

Pressing a button and then pressing "Enter" will re-submit that button because the focus is still on the button. This is especially misleading because a) the CSS is such that focussed buttons appear unfocussed, and b) buttons in the overlay remain focussed.

This also means that the CSS to hide button focus can be removed if this issue is fixed.
