Dropdown menus just don't really work well on mobile devices, what with all the not being able to hover the mouse.

When in mobile (i.e. not a wide screen), the dropdown elements should all go vertical underneath each other, and when pressed shows the contained elements without going to that page. That makes much more sense.

(That said, maybe do the latter on desktop as well? Remove clickable top-level elements, such as the tools page, since they don't really serve any purpose! (Remaining question: What if a user navigates to /tools/ manually? What to show them then?))
